Returns Policy

Trade Customers

We accept Returns from Trade Customers, within 14 days of purchase, provided the goods are in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. A restocking fee might be applied on items depending on the type of return and the item’s condition upon return.

If you suspect the goods you purchased are Faulty, please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange an exchange or replacement product.

When your delivery is received, please make sure that your goods are checked for any damage and that the correct quantity has been delivered. If the goods are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photographic detail. This must be done within 3 days of delivery.

If there is a discrepancy with any of the items in the delivered order please contact us immediately so we can resolved it promptly. This must be done within 3 days of delivery.

 

Exceptions

Non-refundable products such as Final Sales & Open Box Items are clearly identified in our product description details as non-returnable.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

 

Exchange policy

At this time we are not able to exchange items. Customers who would like to return an item and purchase another will receive a full refund on their returned item and can place a new order for the new item they’d like.
